Who is Poor Vida?

Poor Vida Productions' roots are in the ashes of former Dallas based production and promotion crew D.A.P. aka the Dirty Alien Project. The Dirty Aliens had a great couple of years making music and hosting national and international drum and bass artists, and decided to build upon that success by making the crew into a full time company.

Poor Vida Productions currently operates as an indie record label, production house, and a recording studio, as well as offering services in web, graphic, and video design. The core of the company is about bringing underground and undiscovered artists to the forefront, and to acheive that, Poor Vida focuses on making thier services affordable to any artist on a budget.

Currently, Poor Vida is promoting thier newest release, MC Astro's debut album "I'm Not You", as well as hosting a monthly event at the Green Elephant. Sunday Sessions is held on the first Sunday of every month, and is a platform for underground artists to showcase thier music. If you would like to perform at a Sunday Sessions event, or know someone who should, take a minute to join our forums, and post a link to your music.
